Senior Media Buyer

Role Description

As Senior Media Buyer at AIOS, your mission is to drive elite Meta performance as we scale paid acquisition across the UK and new international markets.

• Meta is our largest and most important paid channel, currently spending £2.5M+/month.
• Your job is to help us scale that spend profitably, maintaining control of CAC, creative learnings, reporting discipline, and market execution.
• You’ll work directly with our Head of Performance, Dave, to ramp into the accounts: campaign structure, creative library, compliance constraints, reporting cadence, and market behavior.
• Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Planning spend and structuring campaigns.
  • Optimizing toward profit-aware ROAS/CAC targets.
  • Translating performance signals into clear creative briefs.
  • Running a structured operating cadence for trust and clarity.
• This is a hands-on role inside Meta, with potential to expand into adjacent channels like Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic.

Qualifications

• Proven scale on Meta: personally operated Meta accounts at £1M+/month spend for DTC ecom brands.
• 5+ years of Meta-specific depth: knowledge of platform quirks, policy landmines, and bidding behavior.
• DTC consumer scale-up background: experience in growing brands and pushing spend month-over-month.
• Structured operator behaviors: reliable forecasting, reporting cadence, and explicit decision rules.
• Creative fluency: ability to brief well and design effective testing structures.
• Multi-geo experience or the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Startup intensity: willingness to work 50+ hours/week in a high-ownership culture.

Requirements

• Not suitable if you’ve only worked with big corporate brands, B2B, or brand awareness campaigns.
• Experience should include hands-on operation rather than oversight through agencies or teams.

Nice to have

• Google Ads experience across search, performance max, demand gen, and YouTube.
• Experience with other channels like TikTok Ads, programmatic, and offline media.
• Healthcare or regulated category experience, particularly with GLP-1s or telehealth.
• Attribution sophistication: familiarity with MMM, incrementality testing, and skepticism of platform-reported ROAS.
• Multi-market operating history: experience running Meta across multiple countries.
• Management or mentorship experience with media buyers.
• Crisp written communication skills for translating platform mechanics into clear narratives.
