Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted entirely in a virtual setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for newly referred patients and their families to formulate appropriate therapeutic plans.

• Deliver individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and backgrounds of your patients.
\n
• Manage administrative tasks including billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms while adhering to set deadlines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis and safety plans, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans, ensuring stability for your clients during difficult times.
\n
• Formulate effective discharge plans for patients that guide their ongoing recovery and support.
\n
• Strictly follow all federal and state laws and regulations, along with organizational policies and procedures, to maintain high ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance your skills and remain current with industry best practices.
\n
• Collaborate in case consultation discussions and participate actively in agency meetings to ensure coordinated care delivery.
\n
• Complete all licensing and mandatory training requirements to maintain compliance and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse population of clients seeking mental health support, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our patients often present with a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship issues. Your expertise will be essential in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome applicants with prior experience in telehealth services, clinical assessment, and crisis intervention. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
