Business Development Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual

A Japanese global logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to support corporate operations, sales activities, and business planning.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting business operations in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Research prospective customers and industries before sales visits 
• Prepare logistics market reports and industry updates 
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations and updating customer information in the CRM system 
• Generate and distribute sales performance reports 
• Prepare monthly sales and financial reports and maintain sales tracking spreadsheets 
• Create presentations and meeting materials 
• Coordinate business travel schedules and itineraries for visiting executives 
• Provide administrative support for corporate projects as needed

• Business-level Japanese 
• Working proficiency in English (email and daily meetings) 
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
• Previous office, sales support, or business support experience preferred
