Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Flex & Move Therapy, you will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, leveraging advanced equipment and technology to deliver custom therapy sessions. Full-time hours run Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with opportunities to engage in community-focused initiatives and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, aligning with each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer advanced hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (such as heat, ice, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation) to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Provide education on body mechanics, therapeutic exercises, and preventive measures to foster long-term health and wellness.
• Track and document patients' progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and share insights.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment interventions, outcomes, and progress as part of legal and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from individuals suffering from acute injuries, post-surgical patients, to those dealing with chronic pain and age-related conditions. Flex & Move Therapy focuses on conditions such as back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, sports injuries, and functional impairments related to balance and gait. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting focusing on diverse physical therapy interventions.
• Proficient in applying a wide array of physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
