Work Environment

Your work will be conducted onsite in our well-equipped outpatient office, where you will have access to advanced physical therapy tools and modalities. The facility is designed to support effective treatment through spacious therapy rooms, rehabilitation equipment, and supportive administrative staff. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing you with a consistent and manageable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional capabilities to establish treatment needs.
• Create individualized care plans that align with each patient's specific health goals, taking into account their unique conditions and progress.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to maximize recovery.
• Implement education sessions for patients regarding body mechanics, treatment progress, and injury prevention strategies.
• Continuously observe and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs, milestones, and feedback.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Flex & Move Therapy, you will be serving a diverse group of patients, primarily focusing on individuals dealing with orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues, such as back and neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic conditions like osteoarthritis. Your expertise will directly impact their rehabilitation journeys, helping them regain mobility and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferable.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, with a proven ability to treat a variety of conditions.
• Proficiency in contemporary physical therapy techniques, including therapeutic modalities and patient education methods.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills to develop and modify clinical treatment protocols as necessary.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year is required, we encourage candidates with additional experience, particularly in outpatient settings, to apply. Compensation and Benefits
