Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to identify movement dysfunction and establish individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to each patient's needs.

• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, mobilization, and various modalities to enhance rehabilitation.

• Rigorously monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required for optimal recovery.

• Educate patients and their families on effective injury prevention strategies, post-treatment care techniques, and overall wellness programs to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Engage in collaborative dialogues with orthopedic surgeons and referring physicians to discuss patient progress and modify treatment approaches when needed.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations, ensuring data integrity and patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Suncrest, you will work primarily with clients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. Compensation and Benefits
