Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough orthopedic evaluations to assess the physical nature of musculoskeletal conditions, including functional assessments and movement analysis.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on best practices and clinical guidelines tailored to each patient's specific condition and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery protocols, self-care strategies, and injury prevention techniques to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress using our user-friendly Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's treatment are integrated effectively.
• Participate in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and other educational opportunities to stay abreast of the latest techniques and trends in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Royal Heights, our patients range in age from children to seniors, each presenting unique orthopedic challenges. As an Orthopedic PT, you will be instrumental in treating conditions arising from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain syndromes, and age-related musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for establishing rapport with patients and collaborating with team members.
• A genuine passion for orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and active patient engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is strongly preferred.
