Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Postural Therapeutic Outreach Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of each patient's physical condition to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing hands-on care and advanced manual therapy techniques to assist patients in regaining strength and mobility.
• Creating and adhering to customized therapeutic exercise programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Utilizing modern EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation of treatment progress and patient outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver cohesive care and communicate effectively on patient progress.
• Monitoring recovery through continuous evaluation and adjusting treatment plans as needed based on patient feedback and progress.
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, exercise techniques, and lifestyle changes that promote wellbeing.
• Providing motivational support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation journey to encourage sustained engagement in care.

Compensation and Benefits
