Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and evaluations to establish baseline measures and create personalized treatment plans in accordance with best practices.
• Implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimens, and non-invasive modalities to improve patient functionality.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Delivering educational resources to patients and their families, focusing on injury prevention, post-treatment care strategies, and overall wellness.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintaining precise and compliant patient records that reflect adherence to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Staying current with advancements in physical therapy methodologies and exhibiting a commitment to continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Advanced degrees (DPT, MPT) are preferred.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. New graduates with appropriate clinical rotations in orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and functional rehabilitation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in patient education and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specializing in pelvic health or sports rehabilitation is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain accurate documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for both patients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
