Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective outcomes.
• Administer therapy interventions including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education programs focused on promoting self-management and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using the Raintree management system, aligning with clinic policies to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
• Provide education to patients and their caregivers on treatment strategies, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques to encourage active participation in their recovery process.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance recovery outcomes and ensure adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our outpatient orthopedic setting, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including post-surgical patients, individuals with chronic pain, and athletes recovering from injuries. This role involves building rapport and trust with patients, focusing on their unique rehabilitation goals, and providing support through all phases of their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess an active Physical Therapist license or be eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, although new graduates who demonstrate strong clinical and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, our benefits include:
