Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing Physical Therapists to interact directly with patients in a reassuring and controlled clinic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient evaluations to assess functional capabilities, movement patterns, and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Employ hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions, to address specific musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation processes, and strategies for maintaining long-term wellness.
• Document patient progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and insurance guidelines.
• Continuously adapt treatment approaches based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will cater to a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of adults and seniors recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. You will cultivate relationships with these individuals, understanding their personal health journeys, and empowering them through education and tailored treatments to achieve their physical health goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Nevada Physical Therapy license or the eligibility to obtain one.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, although new graduates with a passion for orthopedic rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
