Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in our outpatient office, situated in a convenient location in Reno, NV. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs through clinical evaluations and observational techniques.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, ensuring each plan is aligned with the patient's individual goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, while educating patients on their care plans.
• Utilize the Raintree Electronic Health Record system to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, adhering to all clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Engage with patients and caregivers in educational sessions focused on treatment modalities, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying therapy programs when necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse populations in an outpatient orthopedic setting. You will provide care for individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. By understanding their unique backgrounds and rehabilitation requirements, you will help patients navigate the path to recovery, offering not just physical support, but also emotional encouragement throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic settings, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this vital role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
