Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess individual needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and hands-on therapies such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to ensure effective treatment.
• Monitor patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding recovery processes, injury prevention techniques, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate records to facilitate continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Adamson Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and postural issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Master's or Doctorate being preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
