Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient mobility and physical function, using the latest assessment tools and techniques to accurately gauge patient needs.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals and motivations.
• Administer high-quality therapeutic exercises, including manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation methodologies specifically designed for orthopedic recovery.
• Utilize Raintree software proficiently to document patient progress and adhere to clinic guidelines, ensuring consistent updates and effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on home care practices and injury prevention strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Continuously assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and evolving clinical evidence to facilitate the best recovery pathway.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, from athletes to older adults, each facing unique challenges on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's Degree or higher is preferred.
• Candidates must possess, or be eligible for, licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience
