The Perfect Balance Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our vibrant team in Sparks, Nevada. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's current mobility, strength, and physical function using standardized assessment tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and goals of each patient, incorporating the latest therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and various rehabilitation methodologies to maximize recovery and promote functional independence.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress, utilizing feedback, and refining techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress in a detailed manner, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment efficacy, and to optimize interdisciplinary collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves an orthopedic patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries such as knee and hip replacements, sports injuries, fractures, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with patients of all ages, from active adults to seniors, each requiring tailored approaches to facilitate their rehabilitation goals. Building rapport and trust with your patients will be key to their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible license to practice physical therapy in the state of Nevada.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with exercise prescription software and rehabilitation technology.

Compensation and Benefits
