This full-time opportunity presents a structured Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, including mobility and strength assessments, to gather essential data for developing effective treatment regimens.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each patient, with a particular focus on orthopedic cases.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced rehabilitation modalities to promote optimal recovery.
• Instruct patients and their families in tailored home exercise protocols and preventative strategies to support ongoing recovery and minimize future injuries.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, modify treatment strategies, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately in compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations.
• Participate in case reviews and contribute to team meetings aimed at continuously improving patient care practices and enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients suffering from a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and age-related mobility issues. Your role will involve not just physical recovery, but also empowering patients with knowledge and techniques to manage their conditions effectively.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution is required, with a strong preference for those possessing a Master's Degree.
• An active or eligible Nevada Physical Therapy License is essential for practice.
• A demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and familiarity with an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Knowledge and experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or sports therapy are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, offering an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience and expertise. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
