Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient clinic, where we prioritize a supportive and patient-centered approach. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and rehabilitation equipment that enable our team to provide the highest level of care. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will collaborate with a team of passionate professionals dedicated to achieving outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, using standardized assessment tools to analyze strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at facilitating recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment protocols and adjust therapies as necessary to optimize results.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on self-management techniques, including home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication regarding patient progress.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. The patient demographic includes both young athletes and older adults, affording you the opportunity to employ a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to different needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Current eligibility or an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 95,000 to 110,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
