Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Neighborhood Mental Care Connections, you will:

• Coordinate and collaborate with other behavioral health providers, community resources, and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes within our practice management system.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess at least one year of relevant experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

• Demonstrate strong understanding and familiarity with community mental health resources and referral options.
