New Business Coordinator

The New Business Coordinator – Life & Annuities plays a critical role in serving career and brokerage advisors by ensuring the smooth progression of an application from intake through policy delivery. The role requires an individual who can combine underwriting and product knowledge, sound judgment, and along with a focus on operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and process life and annuity applications with a high level of product and underwriting expertise. Proactively evaluate underwriting decisions to protect case viability and client outcomes. Resolve issues through coordination with home office partners, case managers, and advisors. Oversee cases from submission through policy delivery, ensuring accountability and follow-through. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for advisors. Anticipate risks to timelines and policy placement, providing clear and actionable guidance. Quality, Consistency & Risk Apply elevated quality standards to reduce rework, NIGOs, and delays. Identify recurring submission or underwriting challenges and implement preventive strategies. Ensure all case activity aligns with firm policies, compliance expectations, and carrier guidelines. Operational Excellence & Efficiency Identify workflow inefficiencies with speed and collaborate with internal and external partners to implement practical improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting advisors in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong knowledge of life and annuity products and underwriting processes (preferred). High proficiency with CRMs, email systems, scheduling platforms, and project management tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr Masis Professional Group
