Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of nursing operations and patient care services. Lead nursing practice, quality initiatives, patient safety programs, and workforce development efforts. Ensure consistent implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and standards across care settings. Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical leaders to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. Support interdisciplinary care delivery through strong partnerships with clinical and operational teams. Drive employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies. Maintain readiness for regulatory and accreditation surveys. Monitor quality metrics, patient satisfaction, staffing effectiveness, and operational performance. Support strategic growth initiatives and service line development. Qualifications Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of five years of inpatient hospital experience Minimum of two years of nursing management or leadership experience Strong knowledge of hospital operations, nursing practice standards, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance Preferred Experience within rehabilitation, post-acute, or specialty hospital environments Executive nursing leadership experience Experience with accreditation and regulatory survey processes Certification in Nursing Administration or a related specialty Why This Opportunity?
