Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while educating customers on products and services, building lasting relationships, and supporting customer acquisition efforts through face-to-face interactions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through professional, face-to-face interactions.
- Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their goals.
- Support customer acquisition initiatives while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
