Job Summary Position: Sous Chef Location: Toasted Oak Grill & Market Type: Full‑time, Restaurant Requisition #: SOUSC061519 Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 USD, with potential quarterly bonus. Responsibilities Lead the kitchen in a full service/fine dining environment. Plan, prepare, and present menu items with consistent quality and safety. Coordinate and supervise event and banquet operations. Delegate tasks, coach, mentor, and develop culinary staff. Problem‑solve authoritatively and maintain kitchen organization. Qualifications Minimum five years of kitchen leadership in a full‑service or fine dining kitchen. Experience in event and banquet cooking. Scratch kitchen background a plus. Strong computer skills and organizational abilities. Flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends. Leadership and communication skills with attention to detail.
