Sous Chef

Description Sous Chef 50k-55k with potential of quarterly bonus. Great Opportunity to bring your culinary skills to Toasted Oak Grill & Market. Being a creative Sous Chef at Toasted Oak means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving. The right candidate will have event/banquet experience, organized, great computer skills, leadership abilities and have an attention to detail. They must possess the ability to quickly and authoritatively problem solve and delegate responsibilities to grow others. They must also be able to use their considerable experience as a resource to effectively coach and mentor others on the culinary side. This Sous Chef will have a strong focus on evet and banquets. We are team players that work with our operations team to provide the best professional, competent and prompt service to our guests and our client partners. A minimum of five years kitchen leadership in a full service / fine dining kitchen Scratch kitchen background a plus Must have event / banquet experience Strong admin / computer skills Must have a flexible schedule (days, nights and weekends where needed.
