Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health status for elderly patients, incorporating their unique needs and life circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that account for cognitive changes, physical health issues, and social determinants of health.

• Work alongside geriatric psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care that aligns with patient-centered goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy is preferred, with a focus on geriatric populations.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy specifically for elderly clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
