This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through a tailored digital experience. As this is an outpatient role, you will engage with clients during flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends to accommodate busy schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, their personal strengths, and available resources to inform tailored treatment strategies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions using a client-centered approach.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and coordinated client care.

• Lead group therapy sessions and workshops to enhance therapeutic experiences and foster community among clients.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring safety and support for clients facing immediate challenges.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance collaborative treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Inner Spectrum Institute will involve engaging with a diverse group of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, each facing their own unique challenges. You will address a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship struggles, empowering clients to cultivate resilience and achieve a greater sense of emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
