I'm currently partnering with a globally recognized Am Law firm seeking to add a Business Development Manager to support its highly regarded Funds Practice. Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development initiatives in collaboration with practice leadership, supporting strategic growth plans, client development efforts, and key revenue opportunities. Lead the preparation of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and customized credentials materials to support business generation and client engagement activities. Conduct research and analysis on clients, prospects, competitors, market trends, and industry developments to help inform business development strategy and decision-making. Manage legal directory, ranking, and award submissions, while identifying opportunities to elevate the practice's market profile and brand presence. Support client development programs, cross-selling initiatives, and targeted business development campaigns across the firm's platform. Partner with marketing, communications, and events teams to coordinate thought leadership campaigns, client programs, sponsorships, and profile-raising activities across the region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
