Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, leveraging technology to dispense quality telehealth services. We utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline workflows and maintain a high standard of care. Our therapists enjoy a flexible work schedule, with core hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adaptability to meet patients' needs. We foster a collaborative virtual environment where team meetings and cultural competency training sessions enhance our professionals' skills and strengthen our team approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' issues and formulate tailored treatment plans based on their unique cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Clearly communicate strategies and tools during therapy sessions to promote resilience, emotional regulation, and overall mental well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address complex cases comprehensively.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating calmness and professionalism under pressure while supporting patients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on various mental health conditions, available treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring that patient confidentiality is upheld at all times.

• Engage actively in team discussions, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to continually enhance service delivery.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
