Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and apply clinical diagnoses to create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, adapting approaches to meet unique client goals and cultural considerations.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and immediate support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience working in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
