Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a comfortable and productive work environment. Our telehealth platform facilitates seamless communication with patients, ensuring accessibility and convenience. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing clients with a platform for shared experiences and community building.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating empathy and sound judgment.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that may support their recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation that aligns with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative practice.

• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into your practice.

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, families seeking relational support, and couples navigating communication challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills capable of fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

• Sound judgment with respect to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
