Work Environment\n

This role offers the convenience of working remotely, allowing you to create an efficient and comfortable workspace that best suits your needs. Although the position is primarily remote, you will be actively collaborating with a dedicated team of mental health professionals on a regular basis, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists. Our structured Monday to Friday work schedule—9 AM to 4 PM—ensures a balanced work-life dynamic while accommodating the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and empathetic clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, employing a variety of evidence-based practices.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, ensuring that all records meet regulatory standards.

• Facilitate case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance client care and promote collaborative learning among staff.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options.

• Stay current with the latest research in mental health practices and integrate new findings into your clinical work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in Maryland, eligible for any of the following: LMFT, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or LCPC.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with the ability to adapt approaches to address the unique needs of individual clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and critical thinking, essential for developing and adjusting treatment plans.
