Account Manager

To be responsible for owning and expanding client relationship with customers to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and long-term partnership with assigned accounts. Manages accounts with a typical size of 10-30M Portfolio. Key Responsibilities include: a single point of accountability for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of services, cross, upsell of IT solution aligned to customer business objectives; develop and execute multi-year account plan alignment with customer priorities and industry trends; responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth; ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services and solutions; partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction; leads contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions.

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
