Qualifications\n To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following credentials: \n \n A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n A current state-issued license in good standing as a: \n \n Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) \n Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) \n Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) \n Psychologist (PsyD) \n \n Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record. \n Preferred Experience\n Ideal candidates should have: \n \n Demonstrated experience working with diverse adult populations and varied issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. \n A strong understanding of contemporary psychotherapy developments and techniques. \n Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for telehealth services. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and hours worked.
