Strategic Key Account & Service Contracts Lead

Als Key Account & Contract Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die zentrale Rolle in der Betreuung unserer wichtigsten Kunden im Bereich Großanlagen. Sie verantworten die Performance unserer Serviceverträge, steuern Kundenbeziehungen auf Top‑Level und treiben Servicequalität, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Geschäftswachstum aktiv voran. In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie eng mit den Teams der internationalen Großkundenbetreuung, als auch mit den deutschen CSMs zusammen und stellen die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Serviceaktivitäten sicher. Ihre Mission Stärkung und Ausbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen Vollumfängliches Vertrags- und Performance‑Management inkl. Kosten- und Margenverantwortung Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Serviceverträge – Identifikation von Risiken & Potenzialen, mit entsprechenden Vorschlägen zu Korrektur‑ und Präventivmaßnahmen Unterstützung strukturierter Performance‑Reviews zur Vorlage an das HQ Enge Abstimmung mit Service Sales zur Weiterentwicklung neuer Serviceangebote Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Customer Experience in Reaktionszeit, Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung, Produktivität, Kostenkontrolle und Lieferperformance Erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei allen kundenservicebezogenen Angelegenheiten z.B Serviceleistung, Kundenzufriedenheit und Problemlösung Klare Definition, Kommunikation und Eskalation von Kundenreklamationen und deren Lösungsfindung Aktives Management der Versicherungs- und Gewährleistungsfälle Abstimmung komplexer technischer Themen mit dem Technical Center und Entwickeln von Problemlösungen innerhalb der Serviceorganisation Monitoring relevanter Markttrends sowie Unterstützung von Field‑Validierungsprogrammen Klärung von Rechnungen und überfälligen Forderungen Ihr Profil Technisches und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung idealerweise aus der Energiebranche kommend Starke technische und kommerzielle Kompetenz im Servicegeschäft Erfahrung im Vertragswesen sowie Verständnis der „LTSA" (Long Term Service Agreement)-Prozesse bzw. „CSA“ (Customer Service Agreement) Lifecycle‑Prozesse Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kostensteuerung, Margenanalysen und Pricing Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit Hands‑on‑Mentalität Fähigkeit sich an Veränderungen in einem dynamischen und matrixorganisierten Umfeld anzupassen und positiv beizutragen Teamplayer mit Organisationstalent, Anpassungsfähigkeit und hoher Zuverlässigkeit Reisebereitschaft Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse #J-18808-Ljbffr INNIO Group
