Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups that inform tailored treatment planning and intervention strategies.

• Engaging with clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to meet diverse clinical needs effectively.

• Documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team during regular meetings to discuss client care and make informed clinical decisions.
