Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote counseling sessions with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing secure video conferencing technology.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, develop tailored treatment plans, and set achievable, measurable goals.

• Utilize evidence-based counseling methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to address and ameliorate emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues faced by clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as needed, prioritizing clients' safety and well-being during distressing situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
