Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients’ mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and tailor treatment plans specific to their individual needs.

• Provide engaging and effective individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offer timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing appropriate techniques to stabilize and support them until further help can be provided.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to established ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring comprehensive patient care and continuity of treatment.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources while actively advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay updated with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
