Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to comprehensively understand clients’ mental health needs, emotional concerns, and personal treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions where you will provide guidance and therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions aimed at improving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication skills, and resolving family conflicts.

• Create detailed, personalized treatment plans that delineate short-term and long-term objectives alongside appropriate interventions tailored to clients’ specific situations.

• Respond to crises as they arise, delivering immediate support to clients and implementing emergency interventions when necessary to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources for comprehensive support.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

• Adhere to established ethical standards and legal requirements in counseling practices, including ensuring client confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
