Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in individual therapy sessions with clients via telehealth, focusing on an array of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in line with best practice standards.

• Regularly assess and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, tailoring interventions to meet their unique goals and needs.

• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based interventions in the field of behavioral health to enhance service delivery.

• Assist in triaging client priorities and managing a high caseload while delegating tasks as necessary to uphold quality service standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings to foster skills growth and integrate new treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling (required).

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy and active listening.

• A commitment to professional ethics and a strong sense of responsibility in managing client confidentiality and welfare.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, adjusted based on caseload and experience.
