CHIEF OF STAFF & AGENTS
New York City HQ - Full time - On-site - GTM - $150K-$200K + meaningful equity Ekho is transforming the retail vehicle industry by offering a seamless online purchasing experience where buyers can click “Buy Now,” complete financing and insurance verification, and have vehicles delivered to their door in a few days. We built a foundation of state‑specific titling and registration, integrated with 50 DMVs, and now layer AI and expand into new vehicle categories.WHERE YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
In this role you will solve the company’s most strategically important problems, moving fluidly across functions and taking ownership of the initiative from scope through execution. Lead the end‑to‑end marketing function: paid spend optimization, content engine, outbound to dealers, and GTM experiments. Partner with RevOps to clean the lead‑to‑customer handoff, automate renewals, and instrument the dealer lifecycle. Drive CS Ops improvements: customer‑communications quality, health scoring, and agent‑based status updates. Build the sourcing engine and onboarding playbook as we scale. Create the agent orchestration layer that powers every function, enabling scale without human intervention.WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You have 3‑5+ years of experience in top‑tier consulting, product, or ops at a notable startup. You prefer shipping and debugging over writing deck slides. You are AI‑native: you build agents, use Claude terminals, wire up MCPs, and evaluate the output. You embrace long hours when the work is meaningful. You seek a place to build, with growth paths into strategic leadership, agent infrastructure ownership, or new disciplines.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
