Contract Coordinator

Nuclear Energy About the role: Location isJuno Beach, FL 33408 We're looking for a Contract Coordinator-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 6-months contract assignment. It is a W-2 position. You will process all Interview scheduling tasks, which involves coordinating calendars across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives. You will require juggling time zones, tight availability, and last-minute changes. You will report to the onsite manager. This is an entry level role. Key Responsibilities:

• Executive interview coordination – arranging high-stakes interviews with senior leaders, preparing schedules/itineraries, confirming availability, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Candidate communication – sending interview invites, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups; acting as the main point of contact for logistics

Qualifications:

• Must have attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have at least 1 year of coordination or scheduling experience.
