Position Specific Description: The Onboarding Coordinator supports the candidate experience from interview scheduling through offer acceptance to onboarding. This role coordinates interviews, partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and other internal teams, and ensures all pre-employment and onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires.

Job Overview: Employees in this role provide general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. This job requires some independent judgment of org standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Under minimal supervision:

• Compiles basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials
• Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures
• Exercises independent judgment and employs basic reasoning skills
• Maintains or prepares records and documentation
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: High School Grad / GED Experience: 3+ years
