Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse population, providing care to individuals and families facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults and senior citizens, enabling you to utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches in your practice. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice independently: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: provisional or limited licenses will not be considered, and candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.

• Proficient in technology and telehealth platforms to conduct remote therapy sessions seamlessly.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic demeanor to connect with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, or specific therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness or trauma-informed care will be viewed favorably. Experience working in a remote setting is a plus, as it demonstrates adaptability to the telehealth model.

Compensation and Benefits\n
