Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patient needs, employing diagnostic tools and interviews to accurately assess their mental health status.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique situation and goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Provide psychoeducation to both patients and staff regarding stress management, trauma-informed care, and coping strategies, aiming to enhance overall therapeutic outcomes.

• Support patients in identifying personal objectives and empower them with the resources necessary to attain these goals while facilitating ongoing communication regarding their progress.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals and community organizations, coordinating comprehensive care services that may include medical, social, or behavioral health interventions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by completing the required continuing education courses to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay current with industry advancements.

• Perform regular check-ins and assessments to ensure patient needs are met, providing referrals to additional services as needed.

• Document all patient interactions in a timely and professional manner using EHR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detox, many of whom may be navigating dual diagnoses encompassing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. The population will include clients who face a range of emotional disturbances, developmental disabilities, and significant life stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Must possess an active and independent state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, along with retirement savings plans.
