Work Environment

This position is primarily conducted onsite in patients' homes, providing a supportive and comfortable environment for both therapy and healing. Your work setting allows for flexible scheduling with the autonomy to choose your hours during the week, specifically Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, implementing individual treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive devices to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans to ensure continued improvement and meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and assistive devices, empowering them to participate in the recovery process.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in physical therapy through workshops and specialized training to continuously enhance professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will focus on a wide range of patient populations, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic illnesses, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active and valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, demonstrating the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
