SeniorConferenceServiceManager Arizona • Onsite •Luxury Resort A luxury resort property in Arizona is seeking a Senior Conference Service Manager with a strong background in upscale hospitality and high-touch event execution. This role is suited to a polished, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing complex, high-demand groups and delivering a seamless conference experience from pre-planning through post-event. Key Responsibilities Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforassignedgroupandconferenceclientsfromcontracthandoverthrougheventcompletion. Managealloperationaldetailsformeetings,conferences,andevents,includingroomblocks,F&B,AV,andancillaryservices. Developanddistributedetailedeventorders,resumes,andBEOsincoordinationwithalloperatingdepartments. Conductpre-conferenceandpost-conferencemeetingswithclientsandrelevantdepartmentheads. Anticipateandrespondtotheneedsofhigh-demandgroups,maintainingcomposureandservicestandardsunderpressure. Buildstrongclientrelationshipstodriverepeatbusiness,referrals,andpositivepost-eventfeedback. CollaboratewithSales,Catering,Rooms,andFood&Beverageteamstoensurecohesiveeventdelivery. MaintainaccuraterecordswithinMarriottsystemsandensureallbilling,concessions,andcommitmentsareproperlydocumented. Participateinweeklyeventreviewmeetings,forecastingsessions,anddepartmentalplanning. Knowledge, Skills&Qualifications Minimum5yearsofconferenceservicesoreventmanagementexperiencewithinupscaleorluxuryhospitality. Marriotthotelandsystemsexperienceisrequired. Priorresortexperienceisrequired;luxuryorupper-upscalebrandbackgroundstronglypreferred. Demonstratedexperiencemanaginghighlydemandinggroupswithcomplexlogisticalrequirements. Exceptionalorganizationalskillswithstrongattentiontodetailandtheabilitytomanagemultipleeventssimultaneously. Professionalcommunicationandclient-facingskills;confidentinhigh-pressure,fast-pacedenvironments. Proficientineventmanagementplatforms,MicrosoftOffice,andMarriottpropertysystems. Bachelor’sdegreeinHospitality,EventManagement,orarelatedfieldpreferred. Compensation $90,000 base salary plus a competitive bonus.
