This remote position allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured full-time work schedule. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a work-life balance that supports both professional and personal endeavors. Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient healthcare providers, facilitating seamless communication and care coordination.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-authorization and utilization management, ensuring clients receive necessary services without unnecessary barriers.

• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support clients during transitions and enhance their long-term wellness.

• Provide therapeutic meal support to clients, modeling healthy relationships with food and promoting positive eating habits as part of overall mental health treatment.

• Deliver empathetic, affirming care tailored to individual circumstances, employing trauma-informed practices that honor clients’ diverse backgrounds and identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a varied clientele that includes individuals dealing with challenges in mental health, behavioral disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
