About the Role As a Regence Senior Account Executive, you play a critical role in managing and retaining Regence's largest and most complex groups in the ASO and Fully Insured Large Group line of business. Your expertise will help us build strategic relationships with agents, cross‑sell other lines of business, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver a person‑focused healthcare experience, using your in‑depth knowledge of our product lines to identify opportunities for growth and success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or a related field. Minimum six years of sales or account management experience, with at least four years in employee benefits or equivalent education/experience. Must be currently licensed or become licensed within 90 days of hire to sell insurance (health, life, and/or disability) in the state(s) where business is conducted; prior to licensing, staff may not engage in soliciting or selling activities. Valid state driver’s license required. Skills & Attributes Proficient in desktop applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation creation). Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships. Strong organizational skills; proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting or exceeding goals. Community networking and industry organization participation to build relationships. Data‑driven: use analytics to inform strategies and build complex cost‑modeling scenarios. Professional representation of the organization; leader in transition teams and business growth. What You Will Do Retain and grow profitable group business through strategic relationship management with brokers, agents, members, and group representatives, fostering lifetime relationships and customer loyalty. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business success. Identify and pursue cross‑selling opportunities through development and maintenance of a key account strategic plan and anticipation of market trends and customer needs. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of benefit design alternatives, funding options, and underwriting requirements to provide expert guidance. Employ a consultative sales approach to negotiate plan design and financial mechanisms that meet customer needs, driving business growth. Represent Cambia professionally as an ambassador in all circumstances, driving long‑term business success. Compensation The expected hiring range for a Regence Senior Account Executive is $101,200 - $136,900, depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure, certifications and performance history. The current full salary range is $95,000 - $155,000. This role has a robust incentive plan based on individual and organizational goal achievement.
