About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Enterprise IT to lead the transformation of its internal technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full enterprise technology estate, including the multi-cloud operating model, and must have a proven track record of both building and operating in regulated environments that meet various security standards. This role demands a leader with a strong background in modern commercial software development and experience in regulated environments such as CMMC, NIST, ITAR, ISO, and CMMI. The VP will own the multi-year enterprise technology roadmap, the consolidation and modernization of various technology architectures, and the end-to-end ownership of the external audit program. A key focus will be on the employee technology experience, enterprise automation, and the development of the Enterprise IT organization. Candidates for the VP of Enterprise IT position at the company should have at least 15 years of IT leadership experience, with a hands-on background in Microsoft 365 GCC-High and multi-cloud operations across AWS, GCP, OCI, and Azure. The role requires a leader with a strong command of modern identity, endpoint, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure, and experience in enterprise IT budget management. The ideal candidate will have a product mindset for internal IT, a bias towards automation, and a proven ability to lead and develop senior IT teams. Executive communication skills are essential, as the VP will be representing Enterprise IT to the CEO, CFO, ELT, and the board. A background in a similar role at a modern defense technology or national security software company is a significant advantage.
