Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at WAN Psychological Wellness, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' mood disorder symptoms, considering the intensity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's specific mental health requirements, goals, and preferences.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and growth.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and medical specialists for integrated care approaches, including medication management when applicable.

• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorders to continuously improve treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
