Treatment Coordinator

Reports to: Practice Managers

Experience & Key Responsibilities:

• Present and clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and recommendations to patients and families
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure treatment plans are scheduled and completed efficiently
• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance estimates, and payment options in a clear and compassionate manner
• Manage patient scheduling to support optimal clinical flow and treatment acceptance
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, patient communications, and case progression
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous dental treatment coordination, dental front office, or dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and families
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning processes is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric environment
